The big news this week is Joe Biden’s colossal failure on the 2020 crisis. The man claimed last year he’d “shut down” the pandemic. But this week, he admitted to our governors that the federal government had no “solution.” And they were essentially on their own.
And every conservative was stunned speechless from shock!
Not really. We all knew the man could not “solve” this problem. After all, he triggered numerous new problems since entering office. But ever since he “gave up” on this major issue, even Democrats are joining Republicans to slam him.
From Fox News:
Christina Pushaw, press secretary for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, posted a montage of Biden’s statements saying that he would “shut down the virus,” concluding with his statement from Monday…
The backlash was not just from the right, as former Hillary Clinton adviser and self-described “leftist activist” Peter Daou slammed the president for his change in stance.
“NEWS: Biden gives up,” he said.
Numerous pundits on the right and left called out Joe Biden for “giving up” on his promise to “shut down” the 2020 crisis. Republicans quickly bashed Biden for saying it’s up to the states to solve it, after pushing reckless mandates that jeopardized millions of Americans’ jobs.
But Democrats were quick to criticize him too. One of Clinton’s top advisers was one of many liberals who were shocked that Biden would be so honest as to admit he had no clue what he was doing. Keep in mind, Joe promised in 2020 to be better at handling the problem than Trump.
Now, he is taking the coward’s way out, saying it can only be contained by the states.
Let’s take a look back at 2020. What was Trump doing to address the issue? He was providing resources—from both the federal government and private businesses—to help the states address the crisis. He knew that if this problem was going to be licked, it would happen thanks to the hard work of governors like Kristi Noem, Ron DeSantis, and Greg Abbott.
But it took Biden nearly a year to figure this out himself. After, of course, he let the problem rage out of control. And after he nearly put 100 million Americans out of work.
